Robyn Laguette is the Chief Executive Officer of Embrace Financial Services, bringing over 20 years of executive finance leadership that has consistently driven financial rigor, global stability, and optimized brand profitability. Ms. Laguette’s extensive background managing finance, accounting, and FP&A functions across complex corporate environments positions her as a leader capable of establishing world-class systems. 

Her expertise is uniquely tailored through her critical hands-on experience as the former Chief Financial & Administrative Officer for ShelterBox USA, a Santa Barbara-based 501(c)(3) disaster relief charity. In that role, she successfully managed all operational functions—including finance, accounting, and human resources—while working directly with the Board of Directors to determine company strategy and mission. This proficiency guarantees seamless execution of the annual compliance calendar; Ms. Laguette personally oversaw the annual Audit and 990 preparation for the non-profit entity. 

Further underscoring her commitment to high-level governance, Ms. Laguette currently serves as a Board Member and former Treasurer for the Pacific Pride Foundation. She has consistently presented quarterly and annual financial results, variance analysis, and strategic initiatives to Boards of Directors across her career, ensuring fiduciary alignment. Her experience includes scaling organizations from concept through rapid growth (SeaVees) and building finance functions that drove to an efficient 15-day close process (Cap Hill Brands).
