The Granada Theatre

State Street Ballet and the Santa Barbara Symphony unite for an unforgettable collaboration. The evening opens with the full orchestra onstage, performing Shostakovich’s jubilant Festive Overture and Rachmaninoff’s electrifying Symphonic Dances. Then, as the orchestra moves to the pit, a world of passion, conflict, and exquisite movement takes center stage with a new Romeo and Juliet. This world of star-crossed lovers, told through bold choreography and soaring symphonic sound, marks a thrilling start to the season
